This serves as an application for booth space at Farmers Market Council Bluffs, held Thursdays May 4th through September 14th, 4:30 to 7:30 pm.

The FMCB, at its sole discretion, may occasionally offer. free space to a non-profit group. Priority will generally be given to food-related organizations and farm and health initiatives. To be considered for use of this free space, you must fill out and submit this application. Please remember, we receive a very high number of requests for these spaces and we are not able to accommodate all requests. Product and other market rules and regulations still apply to non-profit groups, so please read the available information carefully.

The 2023 Season Long Vendors have ‘first right of refusal and any available Season Long Vendor stalls are reserved on a first-come first-served basis.

The market will be held ‘Rain or Shine’; however, The 712 Initiative does reserve the right to cancel the market due to inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for these market days.

For any illness, injury, property damage, or loss suffered or sustained by me which is in any way associated with my participation in, travel to and from, or other activities associated with Farmers Market Council Bluffs, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, and my administrators and executors, forever waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for expenses, damages, or other losses which I may have or which may hereafter accrue, against The 712 Initiative, their sponsors, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns.
