The 712 Initiative has partnered with TS Bank and SHIFT ATL in Atlantic to create the AMP for Neighborhoods program that helps improve Council Bluff’s neighborhoods by aiding those with much needed outer home improvements. AMP focuses on direct homeowner projects, neighborhood block initiatives and opportunities with down payment assistance.
Applications are open now closed and the chosen recipients will be announced very soon. Recipient(s) in the Council Bluffs area will be awarded up to $105,000 in prize money for their particular project. TS Bank was the kickoff sponsor donating $3,500 to The 712 Initiative for the AMP program. Other contributing sponsors include Black Hills Energy and Real Property Management, Deb and Pete Petersen.
