Story: The Kanesville Memorial commemorates a key settlement in Iowa, honoring it as a place of rest, preparation, organization, and ministering for Latter-day Saints on their journey to a new life out West. This site highlights Council Bluffs’ role in one of the largest organized migrations in American history.
