Don’t miss this Council Bluffs traditional parade that brings the Downtown Council Bluffs area to life every May. The Theme this year is COMING SOON! The route begins and ends in Downtown Council Bluffs, and is centered around the historical and beautiful Bayliss Park area. After the parade, multiple activities will be in the park including music, kids activities, Carnival, food and more.
